Repairs and revisions of transformers
Trafo CZ, a.s. offers repairs and revisions of oil transformers of all manufacturers, including sealed ones, in all voltage levels up to 35 kV and up to 2,500 kVA. Repairs of transformers are part of the quality management system according to ISO 9001. Our company has a long tradition of repairing distribution transformers for energy and industry, dating back to the 1960s. However, today's service equipment meets the current requirements for performing this activity at the highest level.
- Dessambling the active part from the tank
- Cleaning and drying of the active part in a vacuum oven
- Checking and tightening of all connections, tightening and wedging of windings
- Filtration, drying and replenishment of the oil filling
- Inspection and cleaning of VN and NN bushings, new seals
- Checking and cleaning the tap changer
- Replacement of all sealing elements of the transformer
- Assembly of the active part in the tank
- Surface treatment of the tank and cover
- Complete unit tests, issue of the test report
- Complete analysis of the oil, issue of the test report
- PCB absence report (if not already done)

During the revision, it is assumed that the transformer does not have an electrical defect, i.e. it does not require repair of the winding. However, even if the winding needs to be repaired, we can provide service.
