Lease of distribution transformers
Lease of transformers is in many cases the most economically and technically advantageous way of operating a transformer station. Trafo CZ, a.s. offers for rent all machines in standard designs with voltages of 6, 10, 22 and 35 kV and power rates of 100, 160, 250, 400, 630 and 1,000 kVA, of course according to its current stock options.
The advantages of renting are mainly:
- economic benefit - there is no high initial investment required for the purchase of a new machine
- speed of delivery - transformers are kept in stock and can thus be provided to the customer practically immediately
- technical condition of the transformer - machines are provided for rent immediately after overhaul and testing by an authorized testing laboratory or even new machines
- guaranteed service - maintenance of transformers is carried out by the company Trafo CZ, a.s. at own expense, tel. numbers for the service technician in the event of a breakdown are available on working days between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Either new machines or refurbished transformers are provided for rent. The choice depends on the customer's wishes and the current state of the warehouse. Rentals of refurbished transformers are financially advantageous compared to new ones. We will send you the rental price list and draft
contract upon request.

The price list for renting transformers is divided according to the type and age of the transformer:
- trafo standard - transformer with conservator, without guarantee of no-load and short-circuit losses
- hermetically sealed transformer - transformer with reduced no-load and short-circuit losses. New machine or used after overhaul. Hermetic, maintenance-free design.
